COMPANY HISTORY
A Perfect Plan began in 2004 by the company’s owner, founder, and current CEO, Nicco Duncan. The company was designed around the concept of creating and running a business efficiently. Identifying the needs of the audience, A Perfect Plan formulated its vision - To assist others to start their own business.
In 2005, the company was incorporated under the corporate name, WND, Inc. A Perfect Plan continued to grow in customer base and product development. Each new client was surveyed to gain insight on what the client wanted and needed to create a successful venture. The company began identifying needs and creating solutions in order to serve their clients most efficiently. The basic service of writing business plans was expanded to include marketing plans, employee manuals, operations manuals, and other company documentation and training materials.
In 2005, APP created a guide for its clients to serve as a checklist for business start-up. The “Free Guide to Start Your Own Business” has been distributed to thousands of budding entrepreneurs.
Clients of APP had one main objective. Capital. APP heard the cry and took action. Connections were immediately made to lenders, investors, and capital groups in order to meet the needs of the clients. Strategic partnerships were formulated and new services were added. Alliance partners such as investment groups, venture capital firms, Angel investment groups, traditional lenders, and non-traditional lenders successfully led to explosive growth in 2005-2006. Satisfied clients continually refer APP services to others and the client base grew accordingly.
To date, APP receives clients through referrals, website hits, and word-of-mouth advertising. Each year, revenue projections have been met and exceeded for record-breaking growth.
Today, APP has a full-service team of professionals who share the common goal of dedicated service, superior products, and professionalism for the client. The customer-centric business model has been instrumental in building, retaining, and sustaining client relations.
The “Comprehensive Solutions” model was rolled out in 2006 and has been very successful. This model creates a “One-Stop-Shop” for an APP client. Clients need only to communicate their business needs to their APP consultant – creating a one point of contact transaction. The consultant locates pre-screened and approved vendors for the client and contracts the work. The client only makes one call. The consultant manages the project, locates the resources, negotiates the plan, oversees progress, and reports solutions. The “Comprehensive Solutions” model and the capital assistance services are the most requested services for APP.
APP currently enjoys a very diverse client base. Clients range from the small business owner, budding entrepreneur, large corporation, loan specialist, real estate agent and/or group, and banking professional – and anyone in-between. Every client is treated as if they are the only client through consistent customer service training, a customer centric business model, and knowledgeable consultants.
APP is expected to surpass 2006’s record-setting revenue earnings by July 2007 setting new company records at the end of 2007.
